REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

MEDIMOVER LTD is committed to providing customers with reliable shipping and packaging products. As our products are disposable shipping items, we have the following refund and return policy:

All products (including moving boxes, bubble wrap, courier labels, document shipping bags, and packing tape) are final sales and, in principle, we do not accept returns or refunds without a valid reason.

  1. Acceptable Refund/Return Situations

We accept returns or refunds only in the following situations:

Product has a manufacturing defect
Product is damaged during shipping
Received the wrong item (not matching the order)

To apply for a refund or return, please meet the following conditions:
